For many backpackers like us, Dong Van Highland in Ha Giang is the place that you want to go there more than once time. Anyone who come here will be attracted by the wild beauty of the forests and mountains and by the spirit of the land.
Ha Giang is the North Pole Province of Vietnam with a spread rock highland. The Province has many unique culture features that even the local people here could not understand all about it. Each time we make trip to Ha Giang, our most choice to stop is always Dong Van old town. The town is not only the artery of Ha Giang but also a destination which takes traveler many times to discover all the beauty and interest of the highland.
Dong Van features with beautiful mountains and unique culture of ethnic people like H’Mong, Polo, Pu Peo, Dzao…and well-known for many national heritages recognized such as: old house of Vuong family, Lung Cu Flagpole, Dong Van old Town, Ma Pi Leng Pass, Pair mountain of Quan Ba (or Quan Ba fair).
